WV TSA Spirit Award
|
The West Virginia Spirit Award
was started in 1995, and is presented by WV TSA to an affiliated chapter
during the State Conference each year. The WV Spirit Award recognizes
chapters who have done an outstanding job in serving their local communities
in unique ways. The selection of this award is based on the overall
value of civic objectives and the development of active civic leaders
and citizens among chapter members.
