Since 1989 (when West Virginia designed and held the first National Leadership Conference), TSA has held an annual leadership conference for chapter and state delegation officers and advisors. 

At this conference, participants gain leadership experience and learn team-building activities.  Networking opportunities give students and teachers a chance to meet and learn from fellow TSA members from across the country.
